Kyle’s career in the industry began in 2009 as a project assistant for Danny’s Construction Company in the Minnesota division where he worked with Project Managers and Field Supervisors gaining knowledge and experience in the field. Kyle then transitioned to Estimating and soon showed an interest in and an aptitude for Project Management where he led successful projects like the Minnesota and South Dakota Amazon Distribution Centers, Essentia Health Hospital in Duluth, MN, the MN Timberwolves Practice Facility in Minneapolis, MN and the MN Vikings HQ & Practice Facility in Eagan, MN. Kyle’s attention to detail and schedule, coupled with his ability to build strong connections with clients, made him a clear candidate for Senior Project Manager and ultimately for Division Manager of our Seattle Division in 2022.
Kyle plays a key role in the development and growth of our company and works diligently to ensure Danny’s stays competitive and relevant in the continually evolving construction landscape.
Jake Allen
Operations Manager
Jake became a Union Ironworker in 2006 and his career with Evergreen Erectors began in 2009. After just a few short years with the company, it became clear that leadership was a real strength. Within the span of ten years, he transitioned from a Journeyman Ironworker to a General Superintendent, leading crews of skilled ironworkers on important projects like the Microsoft Redmond Campus Refresh in Redmond, WA, Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA, Facebook Data Center in Prineville, OR, and the Ilani Casino in Ridgefield, WA. In 2025 Jake accepted the role of Operations Manager where he continues to lead with integrity, a genuine commitment to excellence, and a commitment to learning and professional growth. Outside of his passion for work, Jake is a proud husband and a father of two who keep him very active and busy.
